1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Tower Dominion Top (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our website. By accessing the site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions; (3) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; and (4) your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Texas and the United States. Tower Dominion Top and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Texas shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

7. Game Access, Servers & Updates

Tower Dominion Top is an online experience that depends on third‑party infrastructure, network routes and hardware outside of our direct control. We aim to keep the game and this site available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime or that every connection attempt will succeed from every region or device at all times.

From time to time we may need to deploy patches, rebalance mechanics or update visual assets. These updates can change how towers behave, how waves are generated or how certain features are exposed. By using the site you agree that such changes may occur without prior individual notice, as part of the normal life cycle of a live strategy title.

8. Fair Play, Cheating & Security

The spirit of Tower Dominion Top is competitive but fair tower defence. You agree not to use automated scripts, exploits, unauthorised modifications or reverse‑engineering tools to gain an advantage over other commanders or to interfere with the stability of the service. Attempts to probe, scan or overload servers are treated as abuse, not as normal play.

Where we detect suspicious patterns in telemetry or server logs, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently restrict access from specific accounts, IP ranges or devices in order to protect the wider player base. We are not obliged to disclose the detailed criteria of such detections so that they cannot be easily bypassed.

9. Feedback, Fan Content & Suggestions

We welcome bug reports, balance discussions and lore ideas from the community. If you choose to send feedback, fan art or suggestions to us, you understand that we may use, adapt or ignore that material at our discretion without owing you compensation or attribution, unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.

Do not submit content that infringes on other peoples' copyrights or privacy, and avoid including sensitive personal data about yourself or others inside gameplay screenshots or logs. You remain solely responsible for any material you choose to share with us.

10. Changes to These Terms

The tower defence genre, distribution platforms and technical requirements evolve over time, and so will these Terms. When we make material changes we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, surface a short notice on the site highlighting the most important updates.

Continued use of the site after new Terms have been posted means you accept the revised version. If you do not agree with the updated rules of engagement, you should stop using the website and any related online services connected to Tower Dominion Top.
